We offer the Basic Monthly Maintenance, Advanced Monthly Maintenance, and Custom Monthly Maintenance Plan. In addition, we also provide Phone Support for Client’s Customers if required.
Below are the details of these plans;
1. Basic Monthly Maintenance – with this plan you get 4 hours of monthly website support and updates performed as described. Also included is a monthly, weekly backup that will be stored at a secure location.
2. Advanced Monthly Maintenance – with this plan you get 8 hours of monthly website support and updates performed as described. Also included is a weekly and monthly backup that will be stored at a secure location.
3. Custom Monthly Maintenance – with this plan you get the agreed upon hours of website updates performed as described. Also included is a weekly, monthly backup that will be stored at a secure location.
4. Phone Support for Client’s Customers - with this plan, you can allow your customers to contact us directly for any website support issue. A first time Call for support by a particular customer on a particular topic will be considered as a Incident and a log sheet will be maintained for Incident Tracking. The costs are based on number of reported incidents and depending on 12x5, 24x5, 12x7 or 24x7 working hours.
